Established in the Summer of 2017 Ontavia Roulette created the Roulette Fashion Scholarship for the Innovative, creative, and passionate person(s) who wants a fair opportunity to show & create their work.
Ontavia Roulette is a true advocate for the Arts, as she has attended Cleveland School of the Arts, Cleveland Institute of Music (CIM), Kentucky State University and Studied Textile Science Abroad. Ontavia Roulette later became a Teacher's Aid out of College focusing solely on the Arts with her students which included singing, dancing, painting, creative writing, videography and design.
As school systems slowly take away creativity driven programs Ontavia Roulette wants to encourage the creative development of today's youth.
The Roulette Fashion Scholarship Fund to assist independent artist looking to develop a career in the Arts and Design. The Artists show a production once a year with Ontavia Roulette in New York City.
This scholarship program will reward artist between $200 & $2000
